1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the xa777 platform, accessible at xa777.cam ("Platform", "Site", "xa777", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of this Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xa777. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the xa777 website at xa777.cam, including all associated pages, content, tools, features and services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to a sum of real money staked on a sporting event, casino game or other available market via the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other incentives offered by the Platform subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of users before certain account actions — including withdrawals — can be completed.
• "Operator" refers to the entity that operates the xa777 Platform and is responsible for account management, payment processing and compliance obligations.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, esports and other interactive features made available on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a user's Account, whether deposited directly or credited through promotional activity.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full;
2. You are of legal age to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction (and in no circumstance under the age of 18);
3. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and in compliance with local law;
4. You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory;
5. The funds you use to bet are not derived from illegal activities; and
6. You accept sole responsibility for verifying whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.

These Terms are effective as of the date shown in the page header and supersede all prior versions. Continued use of the Platform after an updated version of the Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation in any Service on the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. xa777 takes age verification seriously. Any account found to be registered by a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

You are responsible for determining whether accessing xa777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. xa777 does not warrant that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities or via third parties — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all linked accounts. Any funds, winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

5. Account Registration & KYC Verification

5.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 KYC Documentation

xa777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and age-verification obligations. Users may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, this typically means a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• A proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), where required;
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that you are the account holder, as instructed by the verification portal.

5.3 Secure Document Submission

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Under no circumstances should you transmit sensitive identity documents — including CNIC copies or passport scans — via email, social media, WhatsApp or any other unsecured channel. xa777 will never request document submissions through unofficial channels.

5.4 Verification Timing

xa777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or following any transaction that triggers a compliance review. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of the compliance team.

6. Platform Use

6.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and its Services are made available solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms and in accordance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. xa777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify xa777 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

6.3 Technical Access

xa777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, network disruptions and events beyond our control may cause temporary service unavailability. xa777 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when confirmed on screen by the Platform. A bet confirmation screen or reference number constitutes the record of the transaction. Users are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake and odds — before confirmation.

7.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are subject to change up to and including the time of bet confirmation. xa777 endeavours to publish accurate odds but reserves the right to correct manifest errors. In the event of an odds error (commonly referred to as "palpable error" or "palp"), xa777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets — including live cricket markets for PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament games and international fixtures — are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. xa777 is not liable for connection delays or latency that may affect in-play bet placement. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.

7.4 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games are provided by independent game studios and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, through live studio streams. Published RTP values are provided by the respective game studios and are independently verified where applicable. xa777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.5 Dispute Resolution for Bets

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, you must submit a formal complaint to xa777 support within 30 days of the relevant event outcome. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. The decision of xa777's compliance team, following investigation, shall be final and binding.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These terms include but are not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, eligible games or markets, maximum bet sizes during wagering, and expiry periods.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings typically carry a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time frame will be specified in the promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum stake per bet while a wagering requirement is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

xa777 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotional structures, and use of automated tools to complete wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account suspension.

8.4 Refer a Friend

Where a Refer a Friend programme is active, referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user has met the minimum qualifying deposit and activity requirements specified in the programme terms. Self-referrals using duplicate accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and account action.

9. Deposits & Payments

9.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xa777 accepts deposits via payment methods available at the time of the transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment references include digital wallets and mobile money services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), interbank transfer systems (such as Raast) and conventional bank transfers (such as those facilitated by HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah). These are cited as familiar reference examples only. xa777 makes no claim that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with xa777 or online gambling.

9.2 Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) or other currencies as specified during account setup. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are not guaranteed.

9.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from payment methods that you own and are legally entitled to use. xa777 is not liable for deposit errors caused by incorrect account details entered by the user.

9.4 Minimum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are specified in the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change.

10. Withdrawals

10.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the following conditions are satisfied: (a) the user has completed KYC verification to the required standard; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fulfilled; and (c) the withdrawal request meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.

10.2 Processing Times

xa777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to internal compliance review, payment provider availability and verification status. 10.3 Withdrawal Verification

xa777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard AML and fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.

10.4 Matching Payment Methods

Wherever operationally possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods will be offered at the discretion of the Platform.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix outcomes or exploit markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain — any gains from such exploitation are void and recoverable;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating or any form of corruption in connection with any sporting event or game outcome;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to Platform systems; and
• Any other activity that xa777, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and design elements — is the property of xa777 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from xa777.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xa777 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform;
• Loss of data, revenue or profits resulting from Platform downtime or technical failures;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios or technology suppliers;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Gambling involves financial risk. xa777 does not guarantee winnings. All players participate at their own risk and with full awareness of the potential for financial loss.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by xa777

xa777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, court orders, regulatory obligations or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

14.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting xa777 support. Before closing, ensure all pending bets have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Accounts that were self-excluded may not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned via the most recently used payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. This does not override the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where applicable.

Pakistani users are reminded that the legal framework governing online gambling in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may affect the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistani courts. xa777 does not represent that these Terms or the Services are compliant with Pakistani law. Users access the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility.

16. Amendments to These Terms

xa777 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
